As a local Forestville resident, I was appalled and disgusted to remember my experience at Base n Burger. When I made the poor decision to dine in, I did not realise the repercussions of my decision. As I sat down and decided what I wanted to order I realised a few disturbing things about Base N Burger. The kitchen was absolutely atrocious and the people working in the kitchen were sweaty and looked like they had just ran a marathon which caused me to believe their was a severe hygiene issue within the business. The beverage fridge had a rude stench to it along with a mouldy floor beneath it and overall their customer service was unappealing to say the most. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THAT YOU STAY AWAY FROM BASE N BURGER FORESTVILLE

Stopped in for a late dinner one night and absolutely glad we did. We got an ofigo burger with schnitzel and a traditional southern fried and a kids nuggets, all 3 meals were absolutely fantastic as was the service. Will make sure to return next time we're in the area. Very juicy burgers. Some of the best we've had, nuggets were fantastic and the chips were great.

Burgers are great, especially with the Jamacian coconut chilli (JCC) sauce. Wings are great (chilli basil or JCC sauce). However, if your margherita pizza has no basil, it's just a cheese pizza. Still yummy though.

Solid 4 star pizza place. Their pizza prices are reasonable and lots of selection. They're very nice and friendly. They give you garlic bread if you get 2 pizzas! It's a better spot than Dominos down the way for sure. Love coming here for take out pizza.

I LOVE their pizzas. However very unhappy about being abused by the owner for receiving the wrong order. Even thought it was the deliverers fault I was told that they couldn’t deliver the correct order. Her patronising and rude arrogant attitude was astounding. Somehow I was in the wrong 🤷♀️. Eventually I was told my pizzas were being remade and delivered. Definitely had not been remade. The originals had done a good delivery circuit and sent out again and arrived cold. Pains me to say but probably won’t be going back. Shame they can’t appreciate and look after their regulars

So placed an order with their online platform. Changed a salad, added ingredients, received order, salad was wrong and the ingredients I added wasn’t there. Rang the store, guy picked up explained what I ordered but what I received, he was rude and said he made what he wanted and didn’t add the extras as I didn’t pay for them. Explained I ordered from their online plate form (not off Uber etc) and there was no prices, I took off the lettuce and wanted iceberg lettuce (wasn’t sure what “lettuce” meant and wasn’t after a mixed lettuce but iceberg) added avocado but he didn’t put it in, I took off the dressing and added a different dressing but he just put the usual as again his excuse didn’t pay etc. said he had been making/selling this stuff for years, told him I ordered on their platform, he told me I was wrong, told him to check as even their fish and chips and their chicken schnitzel and chips had description of a burger and fries. No apologies, nothing but rude. A lady called and apologised and said to let her know when I order again, said I wouldn’t as the guy was plan rude, said oh okay and hung up. Food was okay, have ordered pizzas in the past but last time the base was soggy, so just ordered the wings/chip pack and salad. This time wings were over done the two different flavours I ordered taste the same and salad with change and extras were wrong.

Update answering their question. Visited Forestville, don't know of any other locations.Pizza was very good but the pasta was quite bad. They got the order wrong and lost it. Minus 1 more star for abuse reply. Own your mistakes and do better please, everyone wants you to succeed.

Incredible eating experience. The Ribs and Wings combo is some of the best food in the area. Staff are friendly and the restaurant is always presented immaculately. My go to dinner choice any day of the week.

This restaurant at Forestville used to sell pizza that slapped. It used to be sizzling hot, fresh and mouth watering and loaded with toppings. We were fairly frequent customers over many years and last ordered in 2021 and then not again until 2023. The pizzas we ordered in store (based on good memories of meals in the past) recently and picked up for home with 5 minutes travel time to eat were not hot, did not remotely taste fresh and had barely any toppings....I have no idea what was wrong with the pizza base that tasted like recycled cardboard. I used to sing praises about this place and was so disappointed as I wanted a local business to do well. Base N Burger I do not leave reviews for many things but wanted to say heads up, you used to be much better, you can do better as we have experienced that, but, based on what we ate recently we are rethinking ever visiting again. Your business' focus on telling the local area facebook group that your business is about delivering value is meaningless if the product does not deliver. I would pay more for better and tastier product and now will look at what competitors offer. I used to say "wow" about your pizzas but not now based on what was last offered.

Christina and her team were very lovely and friendly during our dine in. Burgers were nice and big and delicious! Value was great and it was a good feed after a long mountain bike ride. Would definitely come here again 😁 . Thank you.

WOULD NOT RECOMEND! When strolling around Sydney for a decent burger joint I came across this establishment. I figured i would have a go and get takeaway. Boy was i disgusted from what I got. I heard yelling from the back (I think it was the owner) and when i finally got my food it felt cold. When i hopped back into my ford falcon I drove to the intersection and looked down into my food. I was appalled and i won't be returning. I did enjoy the atmosphere however 5/5!
