When you make a reservation at a restaurant you agree to the personal details, as entered at the time of your reservation and they will be passed on to the relevant restaurant.
Otherwise, we will only disclose your personal information without your consent if necessary to enforce or protect our legal rights or interests or to defend any claims made against us by any person (including you); necessary to lessen a serious threat to a person’s safety or health; or required by law.
Under no circumstances will we sell or receive payment for disclosing your personal information.
How long we retain your data
We may hold your personal information in either electronic or hard copy form. If you provide information to us electronically, we retain this information in our computer systems and databases. This includes computer software programs, internet servers, and hosted internet solutions provided by third parties. Card data security policy
Dinner Mate use secure third-party gateways to process credit card information and does not store or process credit cards itself.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on Stripe’s system. No credit card information is stored by Dinner Mate. Payments must be received before confirmation of reservation.
